Use the parking lot for up to 2 hours free of charge, twice a day – plenty of time to comfortably do your shopping, pick up a parcel, or enjoy a coffee. If you stay longer, each additional hour costs 6 PLN.
👉 The parking operates in a ticketless system – cameras recognize the vehicle’s license plate number upon entry and exit.
👉 If the system cannot properly read your license plate, please take a parking ticket and keep it until you leave
👉 The first and second entry to the parking lot within one day allow up to 2 hours of free parking. What does this mean? Your first entry for morning shopping at Auchan gives you 2 free hours. Your second entry on the same day for a quick fashion purchase? No problem – that’s also up to 2 hours free! The third and any subsequent entry remain free for up to 15 minutes, for example to pick up a parcel or collect your jacket from the dry cleaner.
👉 An additional third free hour is available with purchases over 200 PLN at Auchan. To receive the third free hour, on the day of purchase, show your receipt to a Security staff member at the entrance to the Auchan store, along the checkout area.
👉 If you’re visiting the cinema, Trattoria da Antonio restaurant, Willa Ogrodników, the Fikołki playroom, or the Zdrofit fitness club, remember that using their services allows you to enjoy an additional third free hour of parking. To receive it, use the device located inside the venue to enter your license plate number during your visit.
👉 You can conveniently pay any parking fees at the payment machines located by every entrance to the shopping center—using a card, cash, contactless payments, mobile payments, BLIK, or the PRKING Pay app available on Google Play and the App Store.
👉 Up to 3,000 parking spaces are available across five parking areas, including three covered ones.
👉 Parking rules apply 24/7, also outside the opening hours of the Wola Park Shopping Center and on non-trading Sundays.
👉 The rules apply to all parking areas around Wola Park, including the parking area directly in front of the Castorama store.
